Villa Hania - was built 7 years ago and was created as a family pension. But times are changing, more and more specialists in various fields began to come to us, who are forced to work even on vacation))
The experience of opening a co-working in Alanya led us to the idea that it was time to change and adjust the guesthouse to the needs of our guests. This is how the idea of the first coliving in Antalya was born.
Our hotel is not just a place of rest, it is a place where creative and active people can gather, who can work in a comfortable environment, relax, and, among other things, also find useful contacts and new friends.
We are also open for cooperation and will be happy to consider your proposals for group rides, holding various events, trainings, field seminars, etc.
We offer our guests double and triple rooms of various layouts. We tried to make them as bright and comfortable as possible, so that you would be comfortable not only to relax, but also to work. Each room has access to a balcony, new air conditioners and a private bathroom with shower.

- Standard check-in time at our hotel is 14:00 local time. Standard check-out time is before 12:00. Late check-out / early check-in can be arranged in advance at the stage of booking a room.
- Rooms are booked in advance. A full refund is possible if the reservation is canceled no later than 7 days before the planned arrival. Otherwise, the amount of the paid advance payment is not refundable!
- It is forbidden to stay, as well as use the infrastructure of the hotel of persons not registered at the reception desk.
- Due to the concept of our hotel for the accommodation of guests working remotely, we do not accept families with small children and animals. Hope for your understanding!
- Noisy parties are not allowed in the rooms, and after 22:00, silence must be maintained.
- We kindly ask you to take care of the property of our villa, do not damage the furniture and appliances, and also do not take the property of the hotel outside of it (including towels not intended for the beach).
- The rooms are strictly non-smoking! There are balconies for this, be sure to use ashtrays. On the territory of the villa it is also allowed to smoke only in specially designated areas.
- Rooms are cleaned and linen changed twice a week. Laundry/ironing service is available on the villa's basement floor for an additional charge.
- If you plan to stay with us for a long time and plan to use the kitchen, then we have a self-service rule: everyone must wash the dishes after themselves and clean up after themselves.
- Well, the most important thing! We ask that you treat other guests with respect and not cause inconvenience to other guests: make noise, use obscene language and do any act of abusive nature towards other guests. Any provocations based on national, religious or any other hostility will be immediately suppressed by the administration.

Our hotel is located only 65 km from Antalya International Airport and only 105 km from Gazipaşa International Airport. There are several grocery stores, cafes/restaurants within walking distance from our place. The beach and the beautiful promenade are just a 15-minute walk away. The most interesting part of the old town - Antik Side (Antique Side) is a 30-minute leisurely walk. It is here that all the most interesting sights of the area are located: the Temple of Apollo, the Amphitheater, the Archaeological Museum and much more.
